Yes — that's the point of choosing your camshaft. Super Stock and Stealth work with a standard stall converter and keep factory-like manners, while Street Racer, Chopper Reid and Turbo Killer trade some street comfort for more power. Every package is custom dyno tuned by Phonsy Mullan for drivability, not just peak numbers.
Typically 5–7 working days for a head & cam package, depending on your combination and any extras like lifters or exhaust work. We'll confirm a timeframe when you book.
Not with the Super Stock or Stealth grinds. The bigger cams benefit from a converter on automatics — the Dominator Torque Converter is available as a supplied-and-fitted extra ($3,500), and we'll advise what suits your combo before any work starts.
Yes — L76 and L77 engines require a DOD (AFM) delete with LS7 lifters & buckets, listed in the extras at +$648. It's required for reliability with a performance camshaft and we do it during the same build.
Our workmanship is guaranteed and every package leaves with a dyno print-out. Engine modifications can affect any remaining factory warranty — most cars we build are outside factory warranty, but give us a call if yours isn't and we'll talk it through.
